Bayyinah Store – Return & Refund Policy
Returns (Books Only)
We accept returns only for books within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the book must be in its original condition — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid labels.
Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Apparel, accessories, and other print-on-demand items
Digital products (e.g. eBooks, online courses)
Custom or personalized items
Sale items or gift cards
Print-on-demand items are made just for you. Please check sizing and product details carefully before placing your order. If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days with clear photos so we can assist you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can make it right.
Shipping & Refunds
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Any refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
(For example, orders without a postal code—especially in the UAE—may be returned.)
